Does it happen with immersion in all types of water? Or just in water that has been chlorinated? Some people (like me) have mild allergic reactions to chlorine. I've had similar itching issues with chlorinated water for years (ever since I was... (more)

Doing your normal workout certainly isn't out of the question so long as you don't fall over - which is extremely unlikely in 48 hours if you're fit, hydrated and well adapted, but unless it's near the end of your fast you'll struggle a bit in the... (more)

What do no-shampoo folks do after swimming in a chlorine-laden lap pool? Just rinsing with water doesn't seem to do the trick in my hair - but battling back the chlorine with the chemicals in my shampoo seems like a poor option as well. I love... (more)
