I just got a 25 pounder six weeks ago. I have been trying to use it to do HIT, but I would like some feedback on my method. I swing until I can't, then rest 45 seconds and repeat for a total of three times. Right now this looks like 70/40/30... (more)

Sounds like Estrogen dominance to me. I would suggest getting your hormone levels checked and look into some herbal remedies for women suffering serious PMS symptoms. I use Wild Yam cream and it works wonders for me. Paleo really wreaked havoc on... (more)

Depends. What's your level of fitness? I do recommend going to an rkc, saying hi, and learning how to properly swing (dragondoor.com). That's the russian hard-style technique. It's worth it just to go and learn how to do it without ripping your... (more)
