If too much of certain fruit is causing an irritated throat for you then too much of a certain fruit is causing an irritated throat for you. This isn't because of paleo but rather the foods which you choose to eat while following paleo guidelines.... (more)

I also had a positive breath test for SIBO. My symptoms were daily diarrhea, bloating, and extremely foul smelling gas. The antibiotic they gave me didn't help, but going grain free did.

Eat more starchy carbs, ditch the nut butter and nuts or eat very minimally and make sure you get adequate calories. These tips should help. Buttering up your meat is a good way to increase cals.
