Once you have started thyroid, you can change brands, but you should never stop. Natural dessicated thyroid is your best choice unless you are allergic to pork. The next best option is T3 ( Cytomel, levothyronine). Most people have problems with... (more)

Maybe the glass of coconut milk is an issue? That's a lot of calories right before you go to bed.... I was reading in Oxygen magazine that people who drank more plain water in a day were more successful with weight loss.
