Is this certification worth it? www.functionalmovement.com MovNat actually recommends it as a prerequisite for their certification.

yes, it's great. simple yet complex/difficult. requires lots of practice in small increments, regression/progression, figuring out what you are doing "wrong" and so it's nearly impossible to correct yourself well. basically you may be able to... (more)
