I've just started eating Paleo (pescetarian version), in an effort to both lose weight and become healthy (after years of unhealthy eating including an eating disorder). I haven't had any issues so far concerning the diet, never count calories,... (more)

That sounds great actually. Body weight exercises such as squats, push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, leg lifts, pull-ups, dips, planks, jump-rope and lunges are all great. Walking and sprinting are also very beneficial. My only advice would be to take... (more)

4 times a week seems excessive for HIITS. If you are looking for weight loss (?), I would focus on strength training and maybe one or two HIIT days. I say this b/c too much cardio (even HIITS) can spike your cortisol levels and stall your weight... (more)

Benchmark WODs are just that: benchmarks. You do them periodically just to gauge where you are. I retired from Fran, but the others I do only once a year. Since I'm not a novice anymore it takes a year to be significantly better. Though I fear... (more)
