what does "closed as 'too localized'" mean? According to the FAQ page, questions should be: ??? detailed and specific ??? written clearly and simply ??? of interest to at least one other person somewhere

i have noticed the skin tags i at one time associated with age are going away. could this be due to my change in lipid consumption ? i no longer consume fried vegetables or fried vegetable oil.
