Currently my diet is "paleo influenced" - most meals consist of eggs, salad, and/or cooked vegetables with meat about once per week (usually pork tenderloin, sometimes steak). To up the calories, I add tahini and olive oil to just about... (more)

I'm doing something kind of like this. Not exactly avoiding meat but not going all out either. I've only been Paleo for a few months but have obsessively learned a great deal about oil. My first question is: Where's the butter? I... (more)

Went to the doc and told him I removed dairy from my table, and he recommeneded Tahini or sardins. As I don't eat fish, is Tahini Paleo safe? Otherwise it seems very hard to reach the RDA levels of calcium. Saw some old questions on the subject... (more)

My downfall seems to be treating myself to tahini or dark chocolate. Which would be healthiest and/or better for less weight gain between the two?
