Does anyone do AM workouts here? Do you do them straight out of bed? What do you use as a warm up routine? I was thinking of doing kettlebell circuits in the am.

Yeah, love AM-workouts! Pretty much the only time I'll do a workout... I hop out of bed (7-8AM), take a shower, get some BCAA's and hit it. Warmup depends on the workout. If it's strength, I'll warm-up with the specific movement but higher reps... (more)
