If you eat whole, real foods most of the time, don't get addicted to cheat treats (like I do :(), and don't get side effects from SAD food, I don't see any reason to stress about an occasional cheat treat. Just eat real, nutritious food the rest... (more)

Just make sure to give the camp time to prep for you! If you don't give enough notice, you'll be doing a lot more grains and sugars than you planned on. But most of all, just enjoy yourself, and don't stress about food. You're young :)

yes, probably the high content of caffein that triggers acne. I started with paleo to get rid of acne. I had to quit drinking coffee because of the breakouts I get from it.
