Cheating shouldn't stress you out. If you want the ice cream, then eat it. Just don't indulge in the stuff all the time. Isn't there an 80/20 rule?? You can cheat 20% of the time? I'm not sure.

yes, probably the high content of caffein that triggers acne. I started with paleo to get rid of acne. I had to quit drinking coffee because of the breakouts I get from it.
