I had a blood test in Ireland in 2012 and my testosterone was '30.1'. I have had a test recently (2014) and it is 15.3 nmol/l (Range 6.3-24.7).I don't know what metric the test used in 2012 but if it is nmol/l my Testosterone levels have dropped... (more)

You might have a hormone imbalance but I would not say that its high T. It might be high E relative to your free T. Highly doubt your T levels are off the chart from eating Paleo but your E levels might be especially if your not eating enough... (more)
