I don't think cashew cheese will give you as authentic a finished product as something like this sauce recipe will (use nut milk instead of soy obviously) The sweet potato adds the color and texture and nutritional yeast give a very nice cheese... (more)

Luckily I'm feeling ok today but was thinking I'd probably do a Black Friday broth fast. I took digestive enzymes with my meal & I guess they helped- I had stuffing, 2 rolls and a piece of gluteny apple pie and didn't get all bloated, yay. (more)

I'm not GF, so I'd eat traditional sides if they were home-cooked, but my family member is going the instant potatoes, canned yams, and Stove Top route. So I'm bringing carrots & broccoli to steam right before dinner.
