I don't think cashew cheese will give you as authentic a finished product as something like this sauce recipe will (use nut milk instead of soy obviously) The sweet potato adds the color and texture and nutritional yeast give a very nice cheese... (more)

I'm not GF, so I'd eat traditional sides if they were home-cooked, but my family member is going the instant potatoes, canned yams, and Stove Top route. So I'm bringing carrots & broccoli to steam right before dinner.

My family always stuffs the turkey with potato and sausage (seasoned with garlic, onion, pultry seasoning and whatever else). It's so popular with my family that we make a separate bowl of just the stuffing. Really delicious!

Time heals all wounds. If you have the day off today just relax. I tend to drink tons of water if I have a big cheat meal. I don't know why my body is so thirsty afterwards, but I feel better when drinking lots of water.
