I eat small amounts every few hours, so I actually eat about 8 times a day. This is what works for me. I have some fruit and an egg.

Well I went down to my local butcher I ask for some bones and he gave me a shoulder joint of a cow this thing is huge! I've cooked bones smaller then this but never anything as big as this. Question how long should I cook it for 72 hours or longer? (more)

light snacks are okay as long as you get a good night's sleep. in general it's not healthy to eat lots just before sleeping as the food is not digested properly. this takes a toll on the stomach and over a period might develop some digestion... (more)

Convection is great, circulates the heat well! Generally the rule is, decrease the temperature of your oven 25 degrees F from what the recipe calls for, unless the recipe specifies that it is for a convection oven (most aren't for convection). (more)
