My understanding was always the 12hr detox window : 12hrs from your last meal before sleeping, and your next meal at breakfast being an ideal 'sleeptime' fasting window. I dont remember where i heard this, possibly Robb Wolffs podcast, so excuse... (more)

I find grapefruit to be very satiating at the end of a meal, but only if I eat it like an orange (i.e., peel and eat the slices directly) rather than eating it sliced open with a grapefruit spoon. I'm guessing this is because it is not that high... (more)
