That protocol is idiotic. Most of the positive results that are obtain from cold hydrotherapy come from a secondary, not a primary response. Cold exposures should be short (usually 30 seconds) and then your body responds by trying warm the area. ... (more)

The baking soda in the water is the key. I have blown my eggs (that just sounds SOOOO wrong) before and been successful with this method but I have found that as long as I add baking soda to the water they are super easy to just peel normally so... (more)
