Sounds like you're in a high stress situation/high cortisol situation with low sleep/food. Kind of a prescription for fat gain. Eat more fats, reduce carbs a bit, get more sleep (try a few nights to get 8 hours in a row and see how you feel). ... (more)

Has anyone ever told you that you snore when you sleep? Your set of symptoms (sleep heavily, sleep a lot, always tired) sounds a lot like sleep apnea, though it's not the only possibility.
