Hi I have always struggled with a bit of a belly (despite running almost daily) and often suffer from bloating - so I like the idea of the Paleo food diet. One of things that makes life easy is the convenience of bread sliced as a sandwich -... (more)

Whew. Where to start. I have told my mom to try Paleo for one month as a birthday gift for me. She grudgingly agreed. :D Yay for us. Most people have a 30 day transition period. I didn't. In fact, I'm still in the middle of mine, and it's already... (more)

Sushi really should not be a problem as long as you don't buy it from some place sketchy like a gas station deli, or somewhere that the holding temps seem off. All sashimi must be deep frozen long enough to destroy parasites, many OBs aren't... (more)

I've been on a weight loss journey for several years now. It seems that no matter what I do, my body likes to hover around 162-165. 162 is the lowest I have ever had as an adult since starting the journey, and most of the time I'm 165. It seems no... (more)
