I would not recommend adding an excessive amounts of nuts or refined sugar. Perhaps loading up on the butter/ghee, full fat coconut products, sweet potatoes (or any potatoes), fruit, etc would be more prudent.
I have recently been consuming approx. half a lb. of butter daily. Is this INSANE? Or merely misguided. I fell in health anyway...Is there a limit in including butter as an energy source in the diet??? It is so nourishing and cheap!
