"Lots of carbs from fruits and veggies…" you say. Except, it's very likely this is the problem, overfeeding low-energy foods, and not providing high energy foods. Kids need carbs - rice, starch, potatoes… heck, even sugar! Low(er/ish) carb paleo... (more)
