Is there any ethnomidcal study on the enthicity of people in the modern world and their dental problems. Or does anyone talked to dentist and they told stories on tooth issues related to ethnicity or cultural background.

One hygienist told me probably due to my ethnicity, I had tooth decay. I wouldn't take what she says seriously, since she was incompetent in her job. There has been scientific studies where it's the western diet that causes tooth decay.

My daughter is 3 and her doctor prescribed her fluoride since our water isn't fluoridated. I've heard bad things about it, but I can't remember what any of it is. Keeping in mind that her diet is not 100% Paleo, and that I'm terrible about... (more)

I just went to my first dentist appointment since my pregnancy and my dentist found 3 small caries, they are only on the surface, not deep at all. I've never had a cavity in my life so I'm thinking these were nutrition related at my body's expense... (more)

This is what I follow: http://askdrellie.blogspot.com/ Seems to work well, have reversed a few smaller cavities. I also take vit D, K2 and minerals. Can take more than 30 days to heal a cavity though. (more)
