Miralax is incredibly safe stuff. PEG is about as inert as it comes. Research chemists have been adding PEG to therapies for years, because it is very biocompatible, that our bodies do not readily eliminate it. It's chemically inert too.... (more)

That's not really at toxic levels (assuming all is normal). But if it was, this is a prime example why a varied diet is indeed important.

You could go for the Irish approach - potatoes and milk. Add some free range eggs, sardines and occasional ground beef and liver and you're pretty much there. (Assuming you're ok with potatoes and dairy.)

I'm not sure about the quality of the steel, but we've been using PlanetBox and we love it! Easy to clean, easy to pack, big enough for kids' lunches, light weight and cool looking :) Check out their website for "quality" information.

I don't understand why you would restrict yourself to a single vegetable. To get the maximum nurtitional benefit, and to prevent overexposure to toxins that might occur in single vegetable, you're much better off eating a wide variety of foods.... (more)
