You could go for the Irish approach - potatoes and milk. Add some free range eggs, sardines and occasional ground beef and liver and you're pretty much there. (Assuming you're ok with potatoes and dairy.)

oh well,the worst case scenario is that you can damage your gastrointestinal tract which is likely to cause an irriration in your stomach and some stomach aches as well but cayenne pepper also contains capsaicin which can cause some weight loss :-) (more)

I don't understand why you would restrict yourself to a single vegetable. To get the maximum nurtitional benefit, and to prevent overexposure to toxins that might occur in single vegetable, you're much better off eating a wide variety of foods.... (more)
