Hi I've been shopping for paleo food on Amazon. Due to work I am very busy and need quick snacks and meals to stay paleo. Amazon says that Trader Joes Spicy Seaweed Ramen is paleo. Is that accurate?

No. They're normal ramen noodles made from wheat flour. And if there's one single solitary thing that people from all paleo schools agree on, it's that wheat is not paleo.

Typically, if something sounds too good to be true, it is. For the budget-conscious among us, Trader Joe's seems to be just that. They've got 85/15 grass-fed beef for about $6.75/lb at the one near me. It is labelled "grass-fed" on the... (more)

If you see it, I like the New Mexico Piñon Coffee for a nice treat. It tastes a bit nutty and chocolatey. Other than that, I've tried their Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and liked that. A bit citrusy.

I know all the oils in the store bought mayo are pretty bad, but if someone is only using a minimal amount of 2 T a day, do you think it would have a negative affect on trying to get a lean body composition? I love the one from Trader Joes.
