Are there any studies on the body's transition to saturated fat? Someone on here mentioned that the body replaces PUFA, and possibly trans fats, with saturated fat where saturated fat should ideally be.

IBS is usually a symptom of Gluten Intolerance. Is there any wheat in your diet? Even if you think there isn't, you may want to double check.. Cross contamination of gluten is a big issue as well.

I have had flushes of acne at different times as I've lost weight over 3 years with paleo. I think some of it is detoxing whatever was in that later of fat! However, high fat dairy gives me cystic acne. Especially heavy cream.
