apart from the gluten and a couple other things french food is very paleo for the most part. Italy is similar as well, so many of their foods are made in the traditional way. Parmigiano Reggiano comes from grassfed cows, that are well cared for.... (more)

I did a 2 day business trip without eating - called it my IF. 3 days is probably pushing it. Maybe do a combo of IF and packing some snacks.

Rule of thumb at WFM: the freshest stuff is in the prepared foods deli cases. after 2 days there, it goes to salad bar, after that it goes to hot bar.... just saying. Grab fruits, meats, jerky, hard boiled eggs, snack veggies. Nuts, seeds, etc. (more)

This made me think of a kind of paleo version of the 'food not bombs' project, could call it 'Farm not Pharm'. Rather than vegan food and against war, it's paleo and for true nutrition, animal welfare, etc...

Whole egg for sure. I use the Egg Boil Pro app (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/boil-egg-pro/id544519315). The egg white and yolk come out perfect every time.
