Something like Brazilian Cheese Bread is simple, easy, fast and tasty. They are hard to stop eating so having a crowd to finish them off is best. Also some good pumpkin pie with nut crusts, google for recipes. (more)

@scilla I just made "cookies" using avocado, dates, almond flour, eggs, and cinnamon. That's it. And one was enough to fill me up, so I froze the rest. Now I just pop one in my mouth when I need a quick boost pre-workout, or I'm craving a "treat". (more)

Coconut nectar is 80% soluble fiber, not much sugar to it. Inulin is good fiber/food for the bacteria in your gut so I don't really think that the coconut nectar is a bad thing. 13gs of carb per tbs, that is 80% fiber, is not a bad thing. ... (more)
