5 grams of salt/day? That is pretty low, if you say paleo diets need more salt. Paleo or not you can safely eat up to 15 grams/day. Or forget all that damaging salt phobia alltogether and just salt to taste. Also there's no evidence... (more)

My trigs went higher, but it was due to dropping lots of weight. My understanding is that while you are losing weight, the triglycerides are released from the fat molecules and so there is an increase in the blood (forgive me if I'm explaining... (more)
