Its quite impossible for me to wake up before sunrise in winter.Btw I need to go to college pretty early,so usually I skip the first lectures.How to wake up easier in winter. P.S.caffeinated stuff aggravates my acne.

I've been living the paleo lifestyle for 6 months now, i feel great, I'm in the best shape of my life at 31 yrs old, but i have one issue, I have problems sleeping, what can i do to get more sleep? Without popping pills.
