I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest that your diet is a big part of things. Fermented veggies have lower fiber contents, and you need fiber to keep things moving. I do not understand why you are eating raw poultry, but contracting e.... (more)

I've been paleo for a few months now and I've realized that when I get to that point to where I'm full..any smell after that doesn't matter if its food or not just makes my tummy hurt and makes me feel like that food is gonna come right back up.... (more)
