I see that there seems to be many crappy ones with a lot of false reviews, I can't make up my mind and I want the best! Thanks!

"Theracurmin" is water-soluble circumin which is supposed to be more bioavailable. They apparently tested it on lab rats. No experience with it myself.

If all you're taking is a tip of a teaspoon, you're probably not getting anything at all because of the poor bioavailability of whole turmeric.

I'm currently using turmeric in lime juice, mixed with avocado, garlic, onionm, salt and pepper. Anybody have any tasty sauce or dressing recipes with raw turmeric?

If I'm not making curry or a Masala rub I can't stand the taste. I bought a capsule machine and some empty caps... much cheaper with Laxmi turmeric than buying pre-made supplements.

Warm compress will help with the sty. My doc suggested a black tea bag to do the trick. Just make sure it's not too hot. I've been dealing with a lot of red-eye lately and aspirin has been doing wonders for redness.
