I see that there seems to be many crappy ones with a lot of false reviews, I can't make up my mind and I want the best! Thanks!

I add turmeric to just about all my protein foods.

In addition to raydawg's comment, if you're intent on capsules, you can buy gelatin or cellulose capsules and fill them yourself and it will still be cheaper than buying them.

"Theracurmin" is water-soluble circumin which is supposed to be more bioavailable. They apparently tested it on lab rats. No experience with it myself.

Agree with raydawg, but if you can't find fresh turmeric (markets near me never have it), getting ground turmeric spice is a better option than a pill. If you're getting it from a reputable company like Simply Organic or Frontier, you can ensure that it's the real thing as opposed to the capsules which are way overpriced and unregulated.

How about you just buy some organic turmeric, as a spice, grind some pepper over it and mix it with the fat of your choice and eat that. Why take a pill and pay 10x the cost?
