I'm looking for an alternative for soy sauce, that: doesn't contain wheat doesn't contain gluten doesn't contain tyramine, which means no soy beans. Wheat-free tamari is out :( Any suggestions? (more)

I use umeboshi vinegar, which does not have exactly that same strong taste but goes well for dressing similar kind of food. Depending on what I eat, I can also use guacamole, cilantro sauce, dijon maille mustard or chili sauce, with these options... (more)

Has anyone treated migraines following this diet? If so, how strictly did you follow it, and what did you eat? It looks like I'm down to fresh road kill and cucumbers...and I'm not sure about the cucumbers.
