Take liquorice root powder with a little water a few times a day. About half a teaspoon. If you do have h. pylori, it will help kill it off and keep it from getting worse. But definitely get tested for it!

sweet potatoes contain FODMAPs and are not approved on the GAPS diet the sauerkraut can cause problem, I would stop it for a little while to see make sure the amount of vegetables you eat is small if you are still feeling bloated do you use any... (more)

I don't think you want to stress her body extra by switching to a relatively extreme (low carb) diet from what it was. Stress in any form is not good. Just removing sugar/excessive fructose and wheat from her diet and otherwise not changing... (more)
