In case you're consuming enough (and not fasting) then I don't think you ought to be feeling COLD. Track your day by day macronutrient admission. I think you are not consuming enough protein and fat. Protein supports in legitimate thermoregulation... (more)

I wouldn't see why not...Grok probably had days where he ate a lot followed by days where he ate very little...our bodies are adapted for that...but if you're concerned, you could try to normallize how much you eat each day.

I suspect high serum glucose. Test Blood sugar. Without the presence of carbs, coconut oil is a great way to add calories. (and depending on your genetics, could improve your lipid profile). I could not stop losing weight until I added coconut oil. (more)

yupppp did the low-fat...did the calories...got skinny...then gained it all back and then some...tried unweighed and unmeasured paleo...gained another 10kg...now have dialed it in to a net of 1200 cals a day on paleo and have lost 4kg in a month :) (more)
