High fat & low carb will be a problem with no gallbladder & that may be what her diet has now moved towards. She should try & get her macronutrient ratio back to where it was pre-paleo diet, when she had no issues. Or if she... (more)

I don't think corn in any form is very paleo, then again it does seem like a starchy veggie like peas. Many American Indian tribes ate corn but it was fermented for several days before consumed. I'm sure they just found it easier to digest that... (more)

Yeah, I'm sorry to say, but seeds do not differ greatly from grains with respect to digestibility; they're rather harsh on the intestines. If you're incapable of limiting them to a handful as a snack, it's probably best to avoid them altogether. I... (more)
