I agree with most here that you can eat paleo with a marginal increase to overall budget (when you scale it out over all your meals and total cost), but I there isn't much margin to save on niche items (i.e. Coconut Aminos, Almond Flour, etc).... (more)

I think, generally, that the UK is less in the sway of big food corporations. The aisles of our supermarkets are less stocked with processed foods than US ones. Our meat, even that available in the regular high street supermarkets, is better fed... (more)

I ordered it once just to see if I liked bone broth. I thought it tasted great. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to contain any gelatin, which as I understand it, is the main draw of bone broth. It's also insanely expensive.

Are you expecting them to have their specific grass fed beef analyzed individually? I would expect the nutrition facts to be akin or equal to any grass fed beef?
