Went paleo, sort of, in fall of 2011 and my chronic hip pain went away. Yay! Chiropractor hadn't helped and my trainer, who encouraged me in this diet, said it must have been all the squats and lunges...hahaha! Have since read L Cordain, R Wolf, J Bowden, various blogs, and currently working through G Taubes' GCBC. Used to be a pharmacist...can't see going back to that...more interested in nutrition now.
