Yes, I really look like this.
Been Paleo since March of 2011 and it has been a rough and wild ride. I started Paleo to lose weight and shake things up. I ended up on a long ass road to health. I can say with sincerity that Paleo saved my life. So let's talk about food and maybe someday I'll get my ass off the couch and we can go for a walk or something.
