At 57 I realized it might not be too late to make some fundamental changes in my life. I see the world around me going to hell, but know I can only exert my limited control in how I treat my body. Made a shift to a more paleo lifestyle in January 2012, riding this out as the journey is just too fun. I actually feel alive again and feel like I am coming out of hibernation the last few months.
