Looking for great health and healing an abused deranged metabolism.
I ate a very low fat diet for about 25 years trying to keep calories at 1200 to 1500 per day and feeling hungry most of the time. I couldn't stay low fat all the time. I would get this terrible gnawing deep hunger that could not be denied. I realize now it was my body requiring the fat that it was being denied.
Low carb, zero carb and finally low carb paleo. I think paleo is the healthiest and most satisfying.
