Busy working mother, love gardening, cooking and keeping healthy. Generally new to Paleo (March 2012) and its working well for me. Supporter of Weston Price concepts minus grain (for me). 144 pounds pre-paleo, now 130 pounds. Those last five are being stubborn. Four kids over the last 23 years and I'm in the best stage of my life. Ever!
