Anyone tried Fasting Post-Workout? Why not just eat when you're hungry? It seems like the majority of the board is hungry 2-3hrs post workout. |

Bulletproof Stamina Help Has good blood buffering effect. It's one of the most proven of sports supplements(carbohydrates,caffeine,creatine,sodium citrate are some other well researched & proven supplements). You can google/pubmed search Sodium Bicarbonate pre workout for more in depth info. |
