Plenty of self experiments & diligent research has lead me to believe that everyone can benefit from a diet rich in whole foods. As long as it's customized to fit their individual needs.

IF is not a 1 size fits all diet. Plus, I know 20yr olds at my gym that eat KFC & MC donalds for lunc/dinner & still have 6pack.
