I came to paleo seeking to change my body composition, clear my skin, improve my digestion, cure my anxiety and depression, lighten my dark circles (the blight of my life) cure my allergies and crushing fatigue and just generally feel happy and look good. I refuse to accept my friends' hypothesis that 'everybody's tired as hell and that's just the way it is.' I've yet to crack the paleo lifestyle and reap the much touted benefits but I have faith and dedication and belief that one day I'll get there, and I have seen some improvements thus far, particularly on the depression and anxiety front, that have spurred me on. The theory behind the diet is almost indisputable and makes perfect sense to me, so let's bring it on!
