Low carb 2009-2010, paleo 2010-2011, relaxed paleo/primal 2011-present. "relaxed" = I consume raw milk kefir daily, full fat Greek yogurt, grassfed butter, sometimes oats after a nasty wod, and a couple times per month I have whatever I want at a nice restaurant, while generally avoiding gluten and large doses of sugar. I've done Whole30 twice, reintroduced slowly, and never discovered any food sensitivities. I crossfit 4-5 times per week, walk or take a leisurely bike ride twice per week, sleep 7 - 8 hours. Eat fermented veg, take FCLO/BO blend, melatonin, and trace minerals drops. Eat organic, grassfed, and free-range 95%, not including restaurants. Consume sweet potatoes, winter squash, yucca, and tons of veg. Liver and sardines every couple weeks.
