I just started the Paleo lifestyle STRICTLY on May 21st. I had my son on 10/25/2011 and have been unable to shake that baby weight. I have always been fairly overweight and am hoping that these healthy eating habits and fitting exercise into my routine (even if it is only a few minutes a day!) will get me into the best shape of my life!
