Recovering 22yo anorexic/bulimic of 1+ years; amenorrheic; 20-25lbs to lose. READING TOO MUCH ABOUT NUTRITION TRIGGERS MY BINGE AND RESTRICT IMPULSES. Paleo and Paleohacks have been both my bane and savior many times.

History:
Lost 20 lbs (and my period) eating 500 - 600kcal/day for a month and a half in the winter of 2011; gained it all back in the spring of 2012 on VLC due to complete ignorance of what satiation means and feels like, inability to distinguish cravings from hunger and a general chronic dissociation from normal eating habits and food feelings.

Main Goals:
- To be able to naturally and easily eat and exercise healthily (i.e. without worrying about EVERY little lectin, antinutrient, calorie burned and things like 'OMG is 2 miles/day chronic cardio?', being aware of when I'm full, avoiding emotional eating and eating from boredom, eating just one or two cookies instead of 18, etc.)
- To regain my fertility

Diet:
I've since reintroduced sweet potatoes and squash to support my exercise and activities; I eat them every day along with a little white rice occasionally. No fruit save small amounts of berries, no sugar and no dairy except for small amounts of cheese. I eat gluten-free oatmeal now without fermenting it -- I may cut it back out or put in the effort of fermentation after I have a healthier relationship with food. I'm much less liberal with fat than I used to be. Kicked the coffee habit (it makes me utterly ill now, just like it used to) but drink green tea every day. I'm learning what satiety means, learning how much fasting is healthy during weight loss, and fighting off two impulses: to binge and to just not eat.

Exercise:
Zuzana-style weight training 30 - 45 minutes most days, some running, some sprinting, intense yoga.

I idolize Heather @ Heather Eats Almond Butter -- for being so chill and sane and for helping me realize I'm the only one that can figure out what works for me.
