New to Paleo and Primal living. Began eating Primally as a vegetarian in March of 2012. In May 2012 I reintroduced meat back into my diet and am slowly becoming more strictly Primal (b/c I do eat a bit of dairy - feta cheese, greek yogurt).
Pretty avid excerciser on my own, have not really done cross fit, but am leaning towards trying soon (although its really damn expensive!). I play full court 5on5 basketball 2-3 times per week, do two 6+ mile runs per week, 2 resistence training sessions, and yoga once a week, and have never felt better than when ive been taking care of my body through primal living.
