Having been pescetarian for nine years, illness finally pushed me to drastically change my diet and start eating meat again. Having found munching on land animals initially odd, I'll never look back now: my skin and digestion have drastically improved and I'm looking forward to more benefits as I do it more long term. Living in Japan means most of my options are quite different from the contributors here (grass fed meat is never labeled as such if it even exists, for one) but there's a whole world of offal and aquatic goodness to explore instead!
