30 year old kid who trains in traditional Chinese kung fu and dabbles with the Paleo diet. I went through a strict 30 day challenge, but now I'm trying to find a sustainable, balanced approach for the long term.
My kung fu training is my main focus, but I rely heavily on Ross Enamait's training materials when it comes to conditioning and strength training. I also borrow from crossfit regularly (I favor the shorter, more intense workouts), try to lift heavy weights, swim whenever I get the chance, and run when I absolutely have to.
