My name is Alex and I am new to the whole Paleo Lifestyle thing. I have worked out and exercised pretty vigorously for most of my life (marathoning, ect.), but didn't practice proper dieting to supplement it. I'm hoping that through Paleo I can acheive my goals of trimming excess body fat and gaining muscle. Starting off on the diet I weigh 155lbs and have a body fat of about 14%. I am also a Senior in Electrical Engineering at Louisiana Tech University. How 'bout them Dawgs!!!!
