I love food. I am not a great cook, but I did have some good early training that has come in really handy.
My major focus is avoiding gluten to try to avoid migraines.
I want food to still feel decedent and fun, I just want it to be good for me too.I am willing to be convinced, but not swayed. Unsubstantiated claims are not what I consider convincing. Sharing experience is part of what we are here to do, but do try to convince me that you have more then an anecdote without something more than a story.
