Paleo in Costa Rica? thanks for the info! we're staying down the Carribean coast in Punta Uva which is near Puerto Viejo. Originally we were gonna rent a car but I found out about the mandatory insurance last minute so we axed that and took a 4 hour taxi, lol. Which means we'll bike more but also we're not going to get around to other spots as much. So far its been okay. The lodge owners offer bacon and eggs for breakfast so that works. Fruit is a bit too abundant. We tried a couple of restaurants and were able to skip on rice and beans, tho it makes the plate a bit light. is that 10% service charge the tip? |
